The tinplate coils are wrapped in imitation parchment (1), as shown in fig. A1 and A2, followed by bag paper (2). Sheets of waterproof cardboard or double-layer sheets of waterproof paper are placed on top and under the coil (3). Newspapers are placed between the tinplate coil turns. If agreed by the parties the coils can be delivered without paper between the turns.
The packed coils are placed between two or more wooden pallets (4) and secured by two steel strips (5).
Total mass of the coil stack is not to exceed 1.5 tons.
The bottom pallet should have three supporting wooden blocks with a section of not less than 60 x 60 mm.
If agreed with the customer the total mass of packed stacks should not exceed 1 tons.
